Job Closeout and Warranty Handover Packet

Made by a working carpentry and remodeling contractor.
The end of a job is when the details pile up: the punch list, the final number, the warranty, which paint color went where. This packet puts the whole residential handover in one place, so the client knows what was done, what it cost and how to look after it, and you have a clean record for your file.

Why a written closeout matters
A job that ends with a walkthrough, a signed punch list, a reconciled final number and a warranty letter is a job that ends clearly. The client knows what is covered and how to care for new finishes, you have a dated record of what was done and accepted, and if they call in two years about a paint color or a fixture model, the answer is already in the file.
